Medicare

Unfortunately there is no Medicare rebate available and I am unable to accept Mental Health Care Plans or Eating Disorder Care Plans.

Private Health Insurance

Rebates are available for HCF, BUPA, AHM, Medibank Private, St Luke's Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, see-u by HBF (previously CUA), AIA Health, Mildura Health, Teachers Union Health, Teachers Health, Nurses & Midwives Health and Unihealth, provided you have the sufficient level of cover that includes "counselling". You will be provided with an itemised invoice to claim your rebate from your insurer directly.

NDIS

Amy is able to see plan managed and self managed NDIS clients for counselling, meal support & yoga using the line item below for invoicing.

​NDIS fee's are charged as per NDIS price limits. 

​

Important things to note:​​

• All appointments are 50-60 minutes and are conducted via in person (Collingwood) , Telehealth or at agreed upon location of assessment/meal challenge etc.

• ​Fees are to be paid within 14 days of the counselling session, with a preference for within 7 days. ​

• Cancellation/rescheduling/non-attendance fee's are charged at your usual consult rate if you cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice to Amy (except in the case of a medical emergency).

• Amy will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for late attendee's, after which time the appointment will not be able to go ahead.

ED Recovery Yoga​

5 class series: $550 (available online or in Collingwood)

5 class series held privately at yoga studio: $550 + studio hire cost

Classes are 75 minutes and include discussion before and after. 

ED recovery yoga fee's are due prior to commencement of classes.
